Clare Norins

Clare Norins practices in civil litigation with a focus on civil rights and employment law.  She handles cases in federal and state court at both trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Clare was a staff attorney at Partnership for Children's Rights (formerly Legal Services for Children), representing children and families in special education and disability benefit proceedings.  She has also successfully defended adolescents in juvenile court and served as the Daniel H. Pollitt Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina.  Clare clerked for the Honorable Michael H. Dolinger in the Southern District of New York.
