Bruce E. Trauner joined the firm as an associate in 1972 and became a partner in 1976. His practice is trusts and estates, concentrating on estate planning and estate and trust administration. He also represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, he served in the United States Army for two years after graduation from Columbia Law School. While serving as a captain in Vietnam, he was Courts and Boards Officer (legal advisor) to a Major Command. After leaving the army and before joining the firm, he practiced securities law.
