Jenn Rolnick Borchetta
Jenn Rolnick Borchetta joined the firm as an associate in 2010. She practices in civil litigation with a focus on civil rights and employment law at both the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenn worked with the Center for Constitutional Rights on international human rights and government misconduct cases, including, among others,
Wiwa v. Shell Oil and
ACORN v. United States of America. Jenn was previously associated with Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, and Wachtel & Masyr, LLP, where she successfully defended small business owners against commercial actions in federal and state courts, and represented clients,
pro bono, in domestic violence, civil rights and immigration matters.
