The estate planning and administration department serves the needs of our clients, whether their estates are large or small. We attempt to meet the wishes of our clients to pass their assets to their intended beneficiaries with minimum estate tax consequences, by making maximum use of available exemptions, tax credits, and planning devices, including trusts and partnership agreements. We also explain and implement more sophisticated planning devices. When a loss occurs, we work closely with survivors and named fiduciaries to insure that family needs are met while the necessary administrative process goes on.
