
Liza joined BLH as the Myron Beldock Civil Rights Fellow in September 2021 after receiving her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where she was a Vanderbilt Scholar. In law school, she was an articles editor for Law Review and a fellow at the Center for the Administration of Criminal Law. Liza was a clinic student with Federal Defenders and the ACLU and spent her summers as an intern at Orleans Public Defenders and Appellate Advocates.
