Q joined BLH as the Myron Beldock Civil Rights Fellow in September 2019 and as an Associate in January 2021. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in May 2019. During her first summer of law school, Q served as a policy intern at the Katal Center for Health, Equity, and Justice, working on prison reform and pre-trial detention matters. She spent her second summer as a legal intern in the Tenants' Rights Unit of the New York Legal Assistance Group. Prior to law school, Q received her B.A. in English Literary and Cultural Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
