BLH Investigates Murder of Fishkill Prison Inmate
BLH launched an investigation into the death of Samuel Harrell, an inmate at Fishkill Correctional Facility. Mr. Harrell was brutally beaten to death by Corrections Officers at Fishkill Correctional Facility.
Attorneys from BLH worked tirelessly to investigate Mr. Harrell's death, interviewing over 20 witnesses and loved ones to piece together the events leading to Mr. Harrell's murder.
The Orange County Medical Examiner ruled Mr. Harrell's death a homicide.
