Karen Dippold became an associate of the firm in 1986 and a partner in 1994. She has represented clients in civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Karen's civil practice includes litigation across a broad spectrum from contested estates, fraud, civil rights/police misconduct, deprivations of constitutional rights, landlord-tenant disputes, to traumatic personal injury/property damage matters. In addition to her involvement in the representation of individuals accused of crimes, Karen has also participated in defending disciplinary proceedings involving attorneys, medical and dental professionals, and police officers, and has represented clients in state and federal tax audits and investigations.
