Garner Family Outraged by DOJ's Failure to Bring Charges

BLH clients, the family of Eric Garner, are outraged by the Department of Justice's announcement today that they were not bringing federal charges against Officer Daniel Pantaleo. BLH Partner Jonathan Moore announced that the family will continue to press the Department of Justice for charges of criminal conspiracy resulting in death, which is not constrained by a statute of limitations.
