BLH Pushes for Identities of Rikers' Island Corrections Officers on Behalf of Madeline Feliciano

BLH attorneys Jonathan Moore and David Rankin are pushing for five Rikers Island corrections officers to be identified after security footage captured them watching 19-year-old Nicholas Feliciano attempt to commit suicide for seven minutes without attempting to help. “These officers should be arrested,” Moore told the New York Daily News. “They are back at work getting paid while our client’s family is forced to visit him as he lies in a hospital bed. This is unacceptable.”
